Twenty-five children were given an opportunity to Experience Amazing last week when a convoy of Corvettes arrived at the UAE Down Syndrome Association to take them for a special day out at Dubai Parks and Resorts, the largest integrated theme park destination in the region.

In partnership with the UAE Corvette Club, the children were chauffeured down Sheikh Zayed Road to the destination, escorted by Dubai Police.

The children spent the day at MOTIONGATE™ Dubai, the Middle East’s largest Hollywood-inspired theme park where they experienced some of the action-packed rides and attractions available at the park, based on some of Hollywood’s biggest blockbusters including The Ghostbusters and The Smurfs.  They also had their pictures taken with some of the much loved characters from movies such as Shrek and Madagascar.

The initiative forms part of Dubai Parks and Resorts on-going commitment to help local community groups and organizations Experience Amazing at the destination. In the official Year of Giving, Dubai Parks and Resorts will hold a number of activities throughout the year to give back to the local community.
